Ordering process

Searching for products, putting them in your basket

"You can easily find your products using our category system, or you can enter the name and category of the product in the search bar. By clicking on the name or image of the product, you can view the product data sheet, here you can read the most important information about the ingredients and how to use the product. You can add the product to your basket with the "Add to basket" button. If you want to order more than one product, change the number in the box or click + as many times as you wish to order more products."


"It is possible to go directly to the basket with the "Basket" button, but if you want to browse further, you can come back to the basket later. By clicking on the basket icon in the upper right corner, you can view your order at any time, and it is here you will be able to redeem your voucher and proceed to the shipping and payment page."

Delivery Data

On the Delivery page, you will need to enter your delivery address and select the payment method, which can be cash on delivery or payment by bank card. Please note that in the case of cash on delivery payment, a handling fee of HUF 195 will be charged. If you find everything in order, you can review your data by clicking on the "Finalise order" button. At this step, you will also need to accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. After that, all you need to do is click the "Order" button and the order will be placed. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the payment page where you can complete your order by filling in your card details.


After a successful order has been placed, we will send you an order summary by e-mail indicating what product(s) you have ordered from us.

Then, within 1-3 working days, GLS will inform you by e-mail and SMS about the three-hour time window in which it will attempt to deliver the ordered goods to you.

The email will include a package tracking link to track the product's journey from the GLS warehouse to your delivery address.

If for some reason you are not able to be present at the location specified for the order during the specified period, you can make a direct agreement with the GLS courier, and after the given time they will make two more attempts to deliver.
